Colm got his hair cut today and came out looking like this:
He is in LOVE with his “mohawk”. He was super impressed that the hairdresser had put gel in his hair. He obsessed about it all day…talking about it, touching it ever so gently to make sure it was still in place…we’ll see what happens in the morning. I am not going to start devoting time in the morning to make sure Colm’s hair is gelled just right. 🙂

I have the absolute best view from my kitchen window.
This past week, the farmer who lives across the street has been moving his animals down into the lower fields which are directly across from our house. Some days it’s just the horses, sometimes it’s the sheep and the alpacas and the goats and sometimes all of them together.
We’ve lived here long enough that I can almost feel when there’s supposed to be a rainbow. The right amount of post-rain moisture in the air + sunshine = there’s gotta be a rainbow around here somewhere.
This is the bottom of the bathtub. This was all in Colm’s hair after his baseball game. Don’t ask.
